These terms and conditions apply to the AmperRank service created by Łukasz Wiśniewski (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"), including the AmperRank mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") and the website at amperrank.com (hereby referred to as "Website").
Acceptance of Terms
Upon downloading, accessing, or utilizing the Application or Website, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application or Website. Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Description of Service
The Application is a local-first electric vehicle (EV) session tracker. It is designed to help you log and manage your EV charging sessions and related data. The Website provides public information about the AmperRank service. Please note that the Service Provider offers no guarantee regarding the accuracy of tariff information or cost calculations provided within the Application.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the Application. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any discrepancies, errors, or losses arising from inaccurate data entry or reliance on the Application's calculations.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as it could compromise your phone's security features and result in the Application not functioning correctly. This applies to the mobile Application only.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The Application and Website are provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate, but cannot guarantee that the Application or Website will be free from errors or interruptions. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss that you experience as a result of using or relying entirely on this functionality.
Modifications to the Service
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application and Website are as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or Website at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application or Website and may terminate their use at any time without providing termination notice to you.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and applicable European Union (EU) regulations.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating these terms at amperrank.com/terms and within the Application.
