Derived from 607 native E-Control AT registry EVSE prices across 136 MER sites (all DC). Matches the official "Ladetarifstruktur für Ad-Hoc Laden und Kreditkartenterminal" page at at.mer.eco (.../fahrerportal/wiefunktioniertes/), confirmed incl. VAT (verified 2026-10-15). No start fee or blocking/idle fee (native startFeeCent and blockingFeeCentMin are 0 on every point). A residual minority of EVSEs prices differently from the dominant rate: €0.4942/kWh at station E11935713 (18 EVSEs, hpc band) — likely a flagship/promotional site or a pending tariff sync, not reflected on the official page's single published rate per band; kept as-is since the value is internally consistent for that station (not noisy), per the AT*LAG precedent (issue #810) for isolated per-station divergence.
